  • 2004
    The founder of Sensse Group Mr.Steven started Laminated wood flooring business as general manager in Dehome wood factory,during this stage,the management system of the factory was built, and the international marketing was developed.
  • 2010
    The Sensse Group's predecessor "Rosetta International" was established in Changzhou China. acted as the representative agent of some big international buyers ,managed the whole procument process of Vinyl flooring, Wooden flooring ,Artificial Turf, and Carpet tiles.
  • 2012
    New company name "Sensse Group" was registered instead of Rosetta,Professional team was built to offer the service of research and development,OEM manufacturing,wearhousing and logistics in floor covering products.
  • 2013
    Sensse Group jointed venture with PVC floor factory, deep involved in developing and OEM manufacturing for luxury vinyl tile flooring.
  • 2014
    Became the strategic supplier of Century Limited which is one of the ten biggest real estate developers in Philippine,The purchase volume is more than 500k sqms flooring products annually.
  • 2016
    Cooperated with Singapore customer,became authorized supplier of Luxury Vinyl Tile flooring for Singapore HDB project.
  • 2017
    The new generation of resilient vinyl flooring "SPC rigid flooring" was developed and introduced to the market and gained good reputation from international customers.
  • 2018
    The brand "Samshouse" was registered and new office was set up in Cambodia, Distribute and wholesale Samshouse SPC and LVT flooring in Cambodia and vietnam market.
  • 2021
    New Products and technology development and customer service is going on…
