  • How can I get sample?

    Sensse Floor provides free samples for your evaluation,You can choose from our product's category for ready samples,or you may also send us your samples , We can customize sample according to your requirement.

  • What certification do you have?

    Sensse Floor is  ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified company, Our products is CE certificated ,We can provide test report from SGS lab.

  • What’s the Trade term and Payment term?

    We have more than 15 years experience in international business, Sensse Floor is professional in process  of FOB, CIF, DDP trade terms, The payment term is 30% deposit before production, The balance payment should be paid before shipment.We accept T/T, L/C, PAYPAL,and CASH.

  • What’s the deliver time?

    Normally the production leading time is 30 days after order confirmed.

  • What is the MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

    If you choose from our products category,The MOQ is 500 sqms per color. if you request your own design, The MOQ is 1000 sqms per color.
    We request no more 4 designs(Items) to mix load in one container.

  • Can I have my own brand?

    Yes, we can OEM for you with your own brand, we can offer customized packaging free of charge.

  • Are you manufacturer or trading company?

    Sensse Floor is a group company specialized in LVT/SPC vinyl flooring for more than 15 years, we have self-owned manufacture factory, Research and Development Center, and International marketing team.

  • What kind of customers do you cooperate with?

    Sensse Floor is manufacturer and exporter of PVC Vinyl flooring, we cooperate with Importer, Distributor, Wholesaler, Designer, contractor, and Architectures. 

    We provide OEM service to Distributors and Wholesalers with their own brand and customized packaging, We also support to worldwide designers, contractors with high quality PVC flooring products as well as customize design,researching and development.
